When the clock struck midnight on December 31st (actually a few minutes after as I embarrassingly fell asleep on the couch around 10:30), I was happy to usher in 2011 and say goodbye to 2010.  Gotta love it – a new year, full of hope and endless possibility.  Anything can happen in 2011.  The way I see it, we got all the bad stuff out of the way last year.  2010 had illness, injury, surgery and death.  In my eyes, a brighter 12 months is ahead. It has to be.  Right?

But there remains a nagging uncertainty.  Does midnight on Dec. 31st hit the reset button?  Do you get credit for all the bad endured? Does good aura come back around and reward you later in life?  I say yes….what do you think?

Book tip:  Just finished Francisco Stork’s novel, The Last Summer of the Death Warriors, and I highly recommend it.  Stork has the amazing ability to craft a tightly woven, layered story with unique and well developed characters.
