Apple Pie or Apple Crisp? You can’t love both…so which is it? I’m a crisp lover. Truly, it’s all about the crisp. Kind of like muffin tops…who even eats the bottoms? But, that for another day. Back to the crisp. It’s crunch lends credibility to the soft, warm, gooey apples. A pie with graham cracker crust and chocolate would rank, but a pie with simply apples to offer, will never match-up to a just-out-of-the-oven apple crisp.
